1. The appraiser must have the required education, expertise and experience to competently complete the assignment. The tender need to provide the following documentations.
a. Professional Society Memberships, License & Designation.
b. Appraisal experience.
2. The appraiser must be capable of giving an unbiased opinion.
3. The appraiser must be independent with no interest of any kind with the Borrower and the appraised machinery and equipment.
