Dr. Jenny Zhang brings to you over 20 years of research & clinical experience in Dentistry. She obtained her Degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry; and was awarded her Masters of Science in Pharmacology from Oregon State University. Prior to this, she received her first dental degree from one of China’s top dental schools, the West China University of Medical Sciences (WCUMS), School of Dentistry. As one of the top students in her class, she was recommended to be a graduate student by waiving the National Graduate Student Entrance Examination. She was awarded her Masters of Medical Science and Masters in Periodontics. After that, she worked as a lecturer & Periodontal Specialist at the same schools she attended. Dr. Zhang is a highly experienced dentist. She has many years of experience practicing in China. Before opening her own office, she practiced as a general dentist in a few private dental offices around the Bay Area. In 2003, she opened her first dental office in San Jose. With business expanding, her 2nd office had its debut in May 2008 in Sunnyvale. Dr. Zhang is dedicated to providing the highest standards of family dental care by giving personal attention to each patient of all ages. Her treatment philosophy focuses on excellent oral care and prevention. She believes that regular professional care & good dental habits will guarantee a lifetime of healthy teeth. Dr. Zhang believes in the importance of patient education so that patients are involved in their oral health care and able to make informed decisions regarding their oral health needs.
