I’m so bad with my glasses that I’ll always toss them around, step on them, etc. and I’ve come here on several occasions to get them fixed, and they always did it on the spot, cleaned the lenses off, free of charge and no questions asked. When I’ve shopped for glasses or sunglasses, I’d always try on a gazillion pairs all over the store and they’ve always been really friendly and patient, giving constructive input as I can be so indecisive, and I always ultimately walk out paying below retail.”
