Richard was quick to respond to my glass replacement job. He is prompt, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable in his craft. I manage a 3-story apartment building in Inner Richmond of San Francisco, and Richard was very respectful of the tenants. The windows are old and the glass was delicate, but Richard worked carefully and diligently to remove the old glass and replaced with new glass. He is worth every PENNY!
