I have extreme doubts as this this man being formally educated or actually licensed to do any of the things he's hired to do. I am the neighbor of tenants under a landlord who keeps sending this man out to do his repairs, much to the dismay of our homeowners' association. His current tenants are being scammed by the landlord, who makes up whatever price he wants for this supposed "repair man" to come and do a half arsed job and blame them for the destruction. Jason, hire actual professionals and stop scamming your tenants. This sort of behavior is disgusting and probably illegal.

Ah since there are no reviews listed. It is my pleasure to be the first. This man was hired by my moms landlord and I use the term lightly. He came to “fix” the plumbing issue she was having and while he might’ve fixed the problem he left human waste in her front yard and in the tub. Not to mention he was tracking the waste in and out of her home. Her stairs are also completely soaked with some sort of liquid and he had no reason as to why the stairs were soaked. When my mom asked who was going to clean the waste from the bathroom, yard and stairs the plumber told her she would need to hire someone to clean because he was not going to, he instead called the landlord on my moms behalf and started shoveling the waste with her mulch from her flowerbed and then left. I also have pictures of everything.
