As a Realtor, I help buyers find the home of their dreams. I help arrange financing, schedule appointments with home inspectors, mortgage appraisers, termite inspectors and walk the buyers through the final inspection. I am always there to answer questions and solve problems.
For sellers, I give them touch up suggestions to make the home more presentable. I assist the sellers by giving them updated market analysis and keeping them posted on market trends. I make sure the buyers have been prequalified before I put any offers together. I work with the town inspectors in obtaining Certificate of Occupancy or Code Compliance, and schedule appointments with the local fire department in obtaining a Smoke Detector & Carbonmonoxide Detector Certificate.
