Hello!  Blue Water Seafood & Crab is Craig and Irene’s first restaurant.  After working for big chain restaurants for many years, Craig‘s dream has been to open his own place where he can cook and serve his favorite foods.  When Craig and Irene got married a few of years ago, they decided it was time to do it and started looking for a location. In the summer of 2012, they found the perfect place in Willow Glen and put a lot of work into the spot to make it their own.  Please come in and try us out.

Why Seafood & Crab?  Being from Maryland, Seafood & Crab are some of Craig’s favorites.  Irene is more of a Land Lover who appreciates a good burger.  So, our menu has something for everyone, including kids.  

What about the Shark?  Craig is a huge San Jose Sharks fan.  When designing the restaurant decor, Craig said that a life-sized, animatronic shark would be an awesome focal point.  So, he had the shark custom made for Blue Water.
What about the Crab?  The giant inflatable crab is also custom made for Blue Water.  It’s a big attention grabber that we like to put out on weekends and special events. —————-
