Anthony Carlini Jr, Esq. has been practicing law since 1994.  His primary areas of practice are Commercial Litigation, the representation of Creditors in Foreclosure, Collections and Bankruptcy matters, Real Property disputes, Landlord and Tenant matters, Construction cases and General Business law.  Mr. Carlini represents some of the largest financial institutions and credit unions in the Hudson Valley advising them in various aspects of the law and enforcing their rights through trial when necessary.

While in law school Mr. Carlini earned his private pilots license and instrument rating and now is a panel attorney for the Aircraft Owners’ and Pilots’ Association.  He was a lecturer of civil litigation for the Marist College Paralegal program.

Mr. Carlini has served on a number of community boards of directors and is a member of various bar associations including serving as the president of the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association.

Mr. Carlini is a graduate of Rutgers University, Class of 1991, and Tulane University School of Law, Class of 1994. Mr. Carlini is admitted to practice law in the State of New York (1995) and New Jersey (1994), and the US District Courts Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York.
