Joseph Petito, Esquire
Joseph Petito joined our firm in August of 2007. Prior to this, Joseph was an intern at legal services in Michigan, where he gained invaluable legal experience. Here, Joseph focuses his practice in the areas of criminal, family, and personal injury law, as well as landlord–tenant law.
Joseph has successfully represented hundreds of clients in open court. In addition to his vigorous and loyal representation at the trial level, has also been successful on the appellate level. In fact, one of his appeals was published on the first page of the prestigious New York Law Journal.
Mr. Petito is also an elected official, proudly represents the town of Hyde Park as Justice. Today, he resides in Hyde Park, with his wife Sara and their daughter Kira.
