Hospice is a program that supports the recognition of death as the final stage of life. Hospice provides comfort care that focuses on the emotional, physical, and spiritual services to our patients and families with a terminal illness. Hospice Care: For Hospice Care we recommend they work with the client’s Physician and their family to make the client as symptom and pain free during the time they are on our hospice program. Grief Support: Look for a Hospice offering Ongoing Grief Support Groups that are free to the community. The Grief Support Groups usually meet for eight weeks.

Home Care can be offered with the following services under Physician Orders: Skilled Nursing, Home Health Aides, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Social Services, Speech, Dietary/Nutritional Counseling, and more.
