Proposals Request for Leasing Office Space

1.    Basic Terms
a.    The current class A business center that suit for a banking facility
b.    Open to building owner, its subsidiary or authorized representative only

2.    Location: Downtown Manhattan, New York City

3.    Lease Space:  up to 9,815sq. ft.

4.    Cost Proposal: Information regarding the description of the property, parking availability for tenant and visitors, lease terms and conditions, occupancy date, a full service lease cost proposal sheet including cost per sq. ft.

5.    Term: 5 ~ 10 years

Proposals must be submitted by mail only in a sealed envelope and marked “Respond for Branch Office Space Leasing.”  The deadline for submission of proposals must be postmark by Oct 31, 2019.  All mail that postmark after the deadline, telephone call, or electronically via email, faxed, or hand-delivered will not be accepted.  Please provide the contact person information, name of company, address, phone number in the proposal and mail to: 100 Wall Street, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10005, U.S.A.
