1.1    The consultant must have the required education, expertise and experience to competently complete the assignment. The tender need to provide the following documentations:
1.1.1     Qualification, background and experience of the project lead and other staffs.
1.1.2     Experience in reviewing the entire commercial loan portfolio.
1.1.3     Track records of loan review for other financial institutions.
1.2    The consultant must be capable of giving an unbiased opinion.
1.3    The consultant must be independent with no interest of any kind with the Borrower.
1.4    Other qualification refers to Tender Documents.

[Additional Description]
Bidder is required to provide due diligence documents specified by the procuring entity. The relevant due diligence documents may include cybersecurity related policies and procedures, company profile, company registration certificate, business contingency plan, and overall disaster recovery plan, etc.
